Bring a little Cakewalk to your celebration with our signature Cake Boats by the Dozen! Each individual boat features moist, flavorful cake topped with freshly whipped buttercream and finished with your choice of topping and drizzle. Perfect for birthdays, office celebrations, showers, meetings, parties, dessert tables, gifting, or anytime you want something sweeter than a traditional cupcake. Each Dozen Includes: 12 individual Cake Boats • Choice of 1 cake flavor Cakewalk Signature Freshly Whipped Buttercream Biscoff Cookie Buttery vanilla cake topped with Cakewalk’s Signature Buttercream, crushed Biscoff cookies, and a rich cookie butter drizzle. Banana Pudding Moist vanilla cake topped with Cakewalk’s Signature Buttercream, banana pudding goodness, vanilla wafer crumble, and a sweet white chocolate drizzle. Strawberry Crunch Fluffy strawberry cake topped with Cakewalk’s Signature Buttercream, our signature strawberry crunch crumble, and a sweet strawberry drizzle. Oreo Cookies & Cream Your choice of yellow or chocolate cake topped with Cakewalk’s Signature Buttercream, crushed Oreo cookies, and a decadent chocolate drizzle. S’mores Rich chocolate cake topped with Cakewalk’s Signature Buttercream, graham cracker crumble, marshmallow goodness, and a decadent chocolate drizzle. Sprinkle Me Happy A classic that never goes out of style! Moist, buttery yellow cake topped with our signature creamy buttercream and a cheerful shower of colorful sprinkles. Simple, sweet, and guaranteed to make every bite feel like a celebration. Cookie Monster A fun blue velvet cake topped with Cakewalk’s Signature Buttercream, chocolate chip cookie pieces, Oreo crumble, and a decadent chocolate drizzle. Turtle Rich chocolate cake topped with Cakewalk’s Signature Buttercream, crunchy pecans, gooey caramel, and a decadent chocolate drizzle. Red Velvet Brownie Velvety red velvet cake topped with Cakewalk’s Signature Buttercream, decadent brownie pieces, and a rich chocolate drizzle. Policies & FYI
BOOKING & PAYMENT A $200 nonreturnable retainer is required to secure your date. Final payment is due 7 days before the event. Events booked within 14 days require full payment at booking. Bookings 7 days or less before the event incur a $75 Rush Fee. GUEST COUNT & CHANGES Final guest count is due 14 days before the event. Pricing will not decrease for fewer attendees. Guest increases or changes to flavors, toppings, florals, décor, signage, or other selections after this deadline are subject to availability and additional fees. SETUP & VENUE Cakewalk requires 60–90 minutes of venue access before service. Client must provide a clean, safe, level, accessible setup area and obtain necessary venue approvals. Required electricity and/or water must be accessible. Delayed access does not extend service time and may affect setup. PRODUCTS, FLORALS & ALLERGIES Ingredients, flowers and specialty items are subject to availability; comparable substitutions may be made. Specific flowers are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Cakewalk cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Clients must notify Cakewalk of known allergies and communicate concerns to guests. RENTALS & DAMAGES All carts, Bloom Bars, displays, props, mirrors, backdrops, signage and rental equipment remain Cakewalk property and may not be moved or altered without permission. Client is financially responsible for damage, theft or loss caused by guests, venue staff or vendors. Repair, replacement, cleaning and related costs may apply. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING All retainers are nonreturnable. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event forfeit the retainer but release Client from the unpaid balance, excluding custom/event-specific purchases already incurred. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit all payments. One date transfer may be permitted, subject to availability, generally within 12 months. Pricing changes may apply. SERVICE, TRAVEL & LIABILITY Service begins and ends at contracted times. Extensions are subject to availability and fees. Children must be supervised around equipment. Cakewalk is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Travel, parking, tolls, valet, loading or venue fees may apply. PHOTOGRAPHY Cakewalk may photograph displays, products, florals and setups for marketing. Notify us in writing before the event if identifiable guest images should not be used. Payment confirms Client's acceptance of these policies.
